A key part of the growth journey of Woodkraft has been its unyielding commitment to quality and on time delivery to customers, In an endeavor to bring in more trransparency and real time status updates to the customers, Woodkraft launched the ‘SURE’ (Status Update Reporting Engine) app SURE app provides a secure access to clients to login to the app and track all the project related statuses and updates along with a repository of all project documentation, well updated and organized in multiple buckets that is very easy and intutive to navigate. “The app eliminates multiple layers of communication as the updates are made available in real-time and everyone sees the same source of truth,” says Sai. A clear audit tracing on the app ensures the data stays untampered and secure.
Our Vendor partners are key parr of our ecosystem and we value their partnership over the decades. In an endeavor to make it easy for them to track the deliverables and payments, we have implemented ‘VISTA’ a one-stop-portal for vendors/Partners enabling their registration, order/payment summary and vendors’ 360. Vendors/Partners can view their PO transactions in real-time and submit their bills seamlessly through a single portal. This eliminates all overheads as the vendor can directly log in the app and track and review their transactions online and provides transparency.

In an endeavor to bring in breakthrough in this area, a new digital application Woodkraft- SMART has been conceptualized and built It is one of the best in class applications that will enable seamless measurement, recording the measurements, consolidating the measurements and reporting the billing associated with those measurements in a significantly short time frame. This is an indigenous home-grown patented app of Woodkraft, with many intelligent features.
