10. A special note about minor

The services under the Woodkraft Platform is not directed towards minors under 18(eighteen) and a minor is not allowed to register with or use the services unless the minor is eligible as per the Terms of Use. Minor however should not provide personal information.

Any cause of action arising out of or related to these privacy policy or terms of use or your use of the platform must be brought by you within one (1) month of the date such cause of action first arose, or such cause of action is forever waived by you.
